Snow! (¡Nieva!)

What a day we all had yesterday at the Kentlands Farmer's Market!  Throughout the entire day, the weather was rainy and had some snow mixed in at times.  The Vendors had the yearly Pot Luck lunch (this was planned before we knew the weather was going to be cold and messy).  Everyone had a great time.
¡Qué día tuvimos ayer todos en el mercado de granjeros de Kentlands! Durante todo el día, el tiempo fue lluvioso y tuvimos mezclado algo de nieve algunas veces. Los vendedores tuvimos el almuerzo anual Pot Luck (estaba planeado antes que saber que el tiempo iba a ser frío y sucio). Todos lo pasamos muy bien. 

While we were at the market, we sold a hat.  It was from the Peruvian Print Collection.  The hat was made with variegated yarn.  I may try and knit another hat using that same yarn very soon for the Holiday Craft Bazaar coming up at the First Baptist Church on December 3rd.  That seems to be a very popular variegated yarn with some of our Customers.
Mientras nosotros estábamos en el mercado, nosotros vendimos un gorro. Era de la colección con diseño peruano. El gorro estaba hecho con hilo jaspeado. Lo puedo intentar y tejer otro gorro usando el mismo hilo muy pronto por lo popular que es nuestro hilo jaspeado para algunos de nuestros clientes.

Speaking of markets and other upcoming events, we will not be at the Kentlands Farmer's Market on Saturday, November 5, 2011.  We are going to be at the Mill Creek Parish's Bizarre Bazzar'11.  It is from 10 AM-3 PM.  Their address is:  7101 Horizon Terrace, Derwood, MD 20855.  We plan to bring some of our new holiday, knitted items!  Hope to see you there!
