We would like to thank everyone who had bought Phone Socks, Baby Blankets and Tissue Carriers at the Market in Olde Towne yesterday and again today at the Main Street Pavilion.

Well, it had been another busy Friday and Saturday at the Farmer's Markets for Olde Towne in Gaithersburg and the Main Street Pavilion! We would like to thank everyone who had been to both markets and stopped by our table.

Bien, han sido otro viernes y sábado ocupados en el mercado de granjeros de Olde Towne in Gaithersburg y el pabellón de la calle principal. Nos gustaría agradecer a todos los que han estado en ambos mercados y se han parado en nuestra mesa.

For Friday's Farmer's Market in Olde Towne, one customer had bought a Taupe Purse with a matching cell phone sock, 4 Napkin Rings with Napkins, 4 Crayon Carriers, a Farmer's Market Bag, and a Headband. While I was at the market, one of my friends came to see me. She bought a Navy Blue Phone Sock.

En el mercado de granjeros de Olde Towne, el vieres, un cliente ha comprado un bolso gris pardo con un calcetín de móvil a juego, 4 servilleteros con servilletas, 4 estuches de lápices, una bolsa del mercado de granjeros y una banda para la cabeza. The market area for Olde Towne Gaithersburg may be changing very soon. If it does, I plan to let you know and post the address and/or times by the end of this coming week (Wednesday at the latest).

At the Main Street Pavilion Farmer's Market, the weather was cloudy. Despite the weather being the way it had been, customers came out and bought Crayon Carriers, Baby Blankets, and Camera Socks.

En el Mercado de granjeros en el pabellón de la calle principal, el tiempo fue nublado. A pesar del camino que estaba llevando el tiempo atmosférico, los clientes vinieron y compraron estuches para lápices, mantitas de bebé y fundas para cámaras.

Farmer's Markets Galore (El mercado de granjeros de Galore)

Hello everyone! I hope the weekend is going well for you.

Hola a todos. Espero que el fin de semana esté yendo bien para vosotros.

At Friday's Farmer's Market in Olde Towne Gaithersburg, my friend went with me to help out since she came to visit me for my birthday. While we were at the market, we had sold 5 Napkin Rings with Napkins, 5 Tissue Carriers, 3 Crayon Carriers and 1 Phone Sock. This was all in a span of 10 minutes before 7 pm (time the market ends) between two customers! We were very happy to see how much had been bought. Unfortunately, as we were trying to pack up for the evening, a big gust of wind came and made the gazebo we've been using fly up into the air and one of its legs broke off and hit a tree near where the market is held! We were very lucky that no one had gotten hurt!

En el mercado de granjeros del viernes en Olde Towne Gaitherburg, mi amigo vina conmigo a ayudar desde que vino a visitarme por mi cumpleaños. Mientras estábamos en el mercado, vendimos 5 servilleteros con sus servilletas, 5 porta-tissues, 3 estuches de lápices y 1 calcetín para el móvil. Esto fue todo en un espacio de 10 minutos antes de las 7pm (hora en que el mercado termina) entre dos clientes. Estábamos muy felices de ver cuánto había sido comprado. Desafortunadamente, como estábamos intentando empaquetar por la noche, una gran ráfaba de viento vino e hizo que la mesa que hemos estado usando volara por los aires y una de sus patas se desprendió y chocó contra un árbol cerca del mercado. Tuvimos mucha suerte de que nadie se hiciera daño.

At Saturday's Main Street Farmer's Market in Kentlands, my friend couldn't come with me this time since she had to head to the airport and catch her flight back home (I was a little late to the market since I went to take her). Once her plane landed, I told her how we had done for the day. She was very happy to hear all about it. While I was at the market, we sold 2 Crayon Carriers, 2 Phone Socks (one was with the National Kidney Foundation's colors), and 1 Tissue Carrier. The weather yesterday was a little breezy, but since I ended up being under the Pavilion where the market is held, the wind wasn't as bad as it had been Friday afternoon into the evening in Olde Towne Gaithersburg.

En la calle principal del mercado en Kentlands, el sábado, mi amiga no pudo venir conmigo esta vez ya que debía ir al aeropuerto y coger su vuelo de regreso a casa (era un poco tarde desde que se fue ella). Una vez que el avión aterrizó, le dije lo que habíamos hecho durante el día. Ella estaba muy contenta de saberlo todo. Mientras yo estaba en el mercado, vendimos 2 portalápices, 2 calcetines de teléfonos (uno con los colores de la Fundación Nacional del Riñón) y un porta-tissues. El tiempo de ayer fue un poco ventoso, pero desde que terminé estando bajo el pabellón, donde se celebra el mercado, el viento no era tan malo como lo fue el viernes por la noche en el Olde Towne. Gaithersburg.

Along with selling tons of knitted items at both markets, I got an order to make a Door Hanger. I'm going to start working on that this afternoon. The Door Hanger is going to have the words: "Sleeping Do Not Disturb". The background color will be red with black writing. Once that is finished, I'm going to take a picture and put it on the Knitting By Leah Pictures Section.

Junto con la venta de toneladas de artículos de punto en ambos mercados, conseguí un pedido para hacer un aviso en la puerta. Voy a empezar a trabajar en él esta tarde. El cartel colgado en la puerta va a tener las palabras: SLEEPING, DO NOT DISTURB (Durmiendo, no molestar). El color de fondo será de color rojo con la escritura en negro. Una vez lo haya terminado, voy a tomar una foto y la pondré en la sección de fotos de Knitting By Leah.

Farmer's Market in Olde Towne Gaithersburg (Mercado de granjeros en Olde Towne Gaithersburg)

Hola a todos. Espero que estéis teniendo un buen comiento del fin de semana.

At the first Farmer's Market in Olde Towne Gaithersburg yesterday, the weather was lovely. There was a nice breeze in the air and some people came to see what everyone had for sale. Each Friday, there will be a Farmer's Market held at 315 E. Diamond Ave., Gaithersburg, Maryland. The market will be held on the grass and parking lot areas from 2-7 pm. Please tell your friends and family!

En el primer mercado de granjeros en Olde Towne Gaither de ayer, el tiempo fue agradable. Había una bonita brisa en el aire y algunas personas vinieron a ver lo que todos teníamos para vender. Cada viernes, habrá un mercado de granjeros en 315 E. Diamond Ave., Gaithersburg, Maryland. El mercado estará situado en la hierba y en muchas áreas del aparcamiento desde las 2 hasta las 7pm. ¡Por favor, díselo a tus amigos y familia!

We would like to thank those who bought phone socks and crayon carriers while they were at the Farmer's Market. We also would like to thank those who stopped by to our table and gave us some great new ideas for knitted projects to be done in the next few weeks.

Nos gustaría agradecer a quienes compraron los calcetines para móviles y los estuches para lápices mientras estaban en el mercado de granjeros. May 1st Farmer's Market (Mercado de granjeros del 1 de mayo.)

Good afternoon everyone!

Buenas tardes a todos.

At today's first Farmer's Market for the new May-November 2010 season held in the Kentlands area of Gaithersburg, there were a lot of new customers and some new Vendors, as well. The weather was very lovely, but warm!

En el mercado de granjeros de hoy, para la nueva temporada mayo-noviembre de 2010 que será acogida en el área de Kentlands de Gaitherbusg, había muchos nuevos clientes y algunos nuevos vendedos, también. El tiempo fue muy agradable, pero cálido.

While we were at the Farmer's Market, there was a parade going down the Main Street area of Kentlands for their annual Kentlands Day 2010 event.

We would like to thank those customers who had bought Napkin Rings, Hooded Baby Blankets, and Phone Socks. I know they will come in handy!
