Veteran's Day 2017 and St. Anne's Holiday Bazaar (El día del veterano 2017 y el bazar de vacaciones de St. Anne)

Here are some pictures from yesterday's Holiday Bazaar at St. Anne's in Damascus, Maryland.  Since it was also Veterans Day, we had given a discount to the Veterans who are currently serving and who had served in the past along with their family members.

Aquí están algunos cuadros del Bazar de Vacaciones de ayer en St. Anne en Damasco, Maryland. Ya que también era el Día de Veteranos, habíamos dado un descuento a los Veteranos que sirven actualmente y quien había servido en el pasado junto con sus miembros de familia.

While at the Holiday Bazaar, there were a lot of Vendors who sold garden items/plants/soil, crochet items, greeting cards, bake goods, etc..  There was also a Vendor who was giving hearing tests.

Mientras en el Bazar de Vacaciones, había muchos Vendedores que vendieron artículos/plantas/suelo del jardín, los artículos de ganchillo, tarjetas de felicitación, hornean bienes, etc. También había un Vendedor que daba pruebas de la audiencia.

The weather was nice, but windy and cold outside during the day.  It was a good thing that the Bazaar was indoors.
El tiempo era agradable, pero ventoso y frío fuera durante el día. Era una cosa buena que el Bazar estaba dentro.

Dog Sweater and Other Pictures (Suéter del perro y otros cuadros)

Here are some pictures of some items I have been working on lately.  Two of the pictures are of a Dog Sweater and the dog that the sweater was knitted for recently.  The other pictures are of other orders/projects that I planned on doing for the upcoming events.  If you see something that is posted, but would like that item in a different color, please let me know and I will check to find that color's shade for you.

Yesterday, I knitted a Hat that was black.  It is going to be at the next Farmer's Market day for Damascus High School.  Please stop by this coming Thursday afternoon and check it out!  I will bring it with me and take a picture of it very soon.  The market will be from 3:30-6:30 pm.  Hope to see you there!
Ayer, tejí un Sombrero que era negro. Va a ser en el día del Mercado del siguiente Agricultor para la Escuela secundaria de Damasco. ¡Por favor pase por esta llegada el jueves por la tarde y compruébela! Lo traeré conmigo y tomaré un cuadro de ello muy pronto. El mercado será de 3:30-6:30 p.m. ¡Esperanza de verle allí!

Baby Booties! (¡Despojos del bebé!)

Here is a pair of Baby Booties that I had knitted a while ago.  They are knitted with 100% acrylic yarn that can be placed in the washer and dryer.  The booties come in any color and size of your choice.
Aquí está un par de Despojos del Bebé que había tejido hace un rato. Los tejen con el hilo acrílico del 100% que se puede colocar en la arandela y secador. Los despojos vienen a cualquier color y talla de su opción.

In other news, I had finished knitting a dog sweater that had been ordered recently.  I'm also working on a hooded scarf and then a vest/sweater that had been ordered last weekend.  Once everything is completed, I will be posting pictures of them, as well.  Please keep your eyes open for everything coming very soon.En otras noticias, había terminado de tejer un suéter del perro que se había pedido recientemente. También trabajo en una bufanda encapuchada y luego un chaleco/suéter que se había pedido el fin de semana pasado. Una vez que todo se complete, fijaré cuadros de ellos, también. Pictures and Damascus High School's Farmer's Market (Cuadros y el mercado del agricultor de la escuela secundaria de Damasco)

Here are some pictures I took last night of the Farmer's Market at Damascus High School and the newest item I had knitted this week-- a Wine Bottle Cover.  The Wine Bottle Cover is knitted with 100% acrylic, variegated yarn.  The pattern is very interesting and won't be able to be recreated!  I hope you enjoy the pictures.
Aquí están algunos cuadros que tomé anoche del Mercado del Agricultor en la Escuela secundaria de Damasco y el artículo más nuevo que había tejido esta semana - una Tapa de la Botella de Vino. La Tapa de la Botella de Vino se teje con la pintura acrílica del 100%, hilo abigarrado. ¡El modelo es muy interesante y no será capaz de recrearse! Espero que disfrutes de los cuadros.

During the Farmer's Market, the weather cooperated fairly well while everyone was at the school last night.  This was great news since I had a feeling it was going to rain any second (very dark and cloudy sky near the end of the evening).
Durante el Mercado del Agricultor, el tiempo cooperó justamente bien mientras cada uno estaba en la escuela anoche. Esto era grandes noticias ya que tenía un sentimiento que iban a llover cualquier segundo (cielo muy oscuro y nublado cerca del final de la tarde).

I would like to thank those who had been to the market and taken business cards for future use.  I will plan to be at the market weather permitting next Thursday evening between 3:30-6:30 pm.

Pictures and Information for August 2017 (Cuadros e información para agosto de 2017)

The above pictures were taken at the Damascus High School's Farmer's Market.  There were some new Customers when we were there two weeks ago.  Weather permitting, we plan to be there on Thursday from 3:30-6:30 pm this week.
Los susodichos cuadros se tomaron en el Mercado del Agricultor de la Escuela secundaria de Damasco. Había algunos nuevos Clientes cuando estábamos allí hace dos semanas. Permisión meteorológica, planeamos estar allí el jueves de 3:30-6:30 p.m. esta semana.

This afternoon, there will be a lot of knitting that needs to be done!  Some of the knitting will be taking care of orders and the rest is creating more items for the upcoming markets and other events we have signed up to do closer to the holiday season.
¡Esta tarde, habrá mucha labor de punto que se tiene que hacer! Un poco de la labor de punto tendrá cuidado de pedidos y el resto crea más artículos para los mercados próximos y otros acontecimientos hasta los cuales hemos firmado hacen más cerca a la época de vacaciones.

We were unable to attend the Olney Farmer's and Craft Market on Sunday since we had a conflict in schedule.  If the weather is permitting, we plan to be at the market on Sunday next week.  Come and look for us!  We will be there between 9 am and 1 pm.
Éramos incapaces de asistir al Mercado del Arte y Agricultor Olney el domingo ya que teníamos un conflicto en el horario. Si el tiempo permite, planeamos estar en el mercado el domingo la próxima semana. ¡Venga y búsquenos! Estaremos allí entre las 9:00 y 13:00.

July Pictures and Farmer's Markets (Cuadros del julio y los mercados del agricultor)

Hello everyone.  Sorry for the delay with the posting these days, but I've been really busy getting the projects/orders ready for the Customers and events coming up.  I'm going to post some pictures with this posting and in other postings throughout the Summer months.  Please be patient.
Hola cada uno. Lamento la tardanza con la fijación estos días, pero he estado realmente ocupado consiguiendo los proyectos/pedidos listos para los Clientes y acontecimientos subida. Voy a fijar algunos cuadros con esta fijación y en otras fijaciones a lo largo de los meses de Verano. Por favor esté paciente.

Some of the pictures are from the Damascus High School's Farmer's Market and the other pictures are of projects and orders I've been working on over the last few weeks.  Here are two pictures to start off with for the month of July!  Enjoy!

The first picture is of the booth area at Damascus High School from last night's Farmer's Market.  The second picture is of a 100% cotton variegated hood.  There won't be one like it again because the yarn changes its pattern on its own each time.
El primer cuadro es del área de la cabina en la Escuela secundaria de Damasco del Mercado del Agricultor de la noche pasada. El segundo cuadro es de la capucha variada de un algodón del 100%. No habrá un como ello otra vez porque el hilo cambia su modelo solo cada vez.

At the market last night, the weather was very nice, but a little warm with a small breeze here and there.  I would like to thank those who came and stopped to the booth and bought a few items.  I would also like to thank those who took business cards for future use.  I hope to see you all very soon weather permitting.
En el mercado anoche, el tiempo era muy agradable, pero un poco caliente con una pequeña brisa aquí y allí. Me gustaría agradecer a aquellos que vinieron y se pararon a la cabina y compraron unos artículos. También me gustaría agradecer a aquellos que tomaron tarjetas de visita por el futuro uso. Pictures for June 2017 (Cuadros para junio de 2017)

Here are some pictures I had taken recently.  The first two pictures were taken a few weeks ago.  They are of a knitted Backpack I had done as a gift.  The Backpack can come in any color or size.  It can also have a drawstring so you can open and close it with nothing falling out when on a person's back.
Aquí están algunos cuadros que había tomado recientemente. Los dos primeros cuadros fueron tomados hace unas semanas. Son de un Petate tejido que había hecho como un regalo. El Petate puede venir a cualquier color o talla. También puede tener un cordón por tanto lo puede abrir y cerrar con nada que se cae cuando en la espalda de una persona.

For the third picture, that was taken today at the Olney Farmer's and Artist's Market.  It was a very warm day during the market.  We were lucky that there was a cool breeze every so often before everyone had to go home for the afternoon.
