May 28th Farmer's Market (Mercado de Granjeros del 28 de mayo)

Good evening. I hope you're all having a good start to the Memorial Day Weekend.

Buenas tardes. Espero que hayáis tenido un buen comiendo del fin de semana del Día de los Caídos.

Due to the lovely weather today at the Tailgate Farmer's Market held in the Kentlands, we had tons of customers stop at our table and also look at all the items we had for sale. Some customers took business cards, as well. The items that were bought today are as follows: a gray, black and white variegated scarf, two phone socks, a dish cloth, one tic-tac-toe game and a crayon carrier. We would like to thank everyone for stopping at oullr table and coming out during the Memorial Day Weekend. We hope to see you all again next Saturday.

Debido al tiempo tan estupendo de hoy en el Mercado de granjeros de la puerta principal de Kentlas, hemos tenido toneladas de clientes que se pararon en nuestra mesa y también que han estado mirando todos los artículos que teníamos a la venta. Algunos clientes cogieron tarjetas de visita también. Los artículos qsue trajimos hoy fueron los siguientes: una bufanda jaspeada gris, negra y blanca; dos calcetines de teléfono móvil, un paño de cocina, un juego tic-tac-toe y un estuche de lápices. Nos gustaría agradecia a todos cada uno por pararse en nuestra mesa y venir durante el fin de semana del Día de los Caídos. Esperamos veros de nuevo el próximo sábado.

We recently knitted a new tissue carrier that's made with red, white and blue variegated yarn and a round matching colored button. Once we have the chance to take a picture of the tissue carrier, I will add it to the web site very soon.

Acabamos de tejer un nuevo porta-pañuelos que está hecho con hijo jaspeado rojo, blanco y azul con su corresondiente botón a juego. En cuanto tengamos la oportunidad de hacer una foto del porta pañuelos, la añadiré en la web muy pronto.

Kentlands Tailgate Farmer's Market (El Mercado de granjeros de la puerta trasera de Kentlands)

At today's Tailgate Farmer's Market, we sold a Tissue Carrier, a National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Phone Sock and one Dish Cloth.

En el la puerta trasera del Mercado de granjeros de Kentlands, hemos vendido un porta-tissues, un calcetín de móvil de la Fundación Nacional del Riñón (NKF) y un paño de cocina.

While we were at the market, the weather was much better than it was last Saturday during the day. The temperature was nice, as well.

Mientras estuvimos en el Mercado, el tiempo fue mucho mejor que el del pasado sábado. La temperatura fue favorable, igualmente.

Also, while we were at the market, the other Vendors told us about the Damascus High School's Market. The High School's market is held on Thursdays at 3:30 PM-6:30 PM. More information about the market to come soon.

También, mientras estuvimos en el Mercado, los otros vendedores nos hablaron sobre el mercado del Instituto Damascus. El mercado de ese instituto está abierto los jueves de 3.30PM a 6.30PM. Más información sobre el mercado, próximamente.

May 14th Farmer's Market (Mercado de granjeros del 14 de mayo)

Today was our first Farmer's Market for the May-November season.

[Hoy fue nuestro primer mercado de granjeros para la temporada mayo-noviembre.]

We would like to thank everyone who had bought Crayon Carriers, Tissue Carriers, Phone Socks and a Tic-Tac-Toe Game. We also would like to thank those who had taken business cards.

[Nos gustaría agradecer a todos aquellos que han comprado los estuches de lápices, los porta-tissues, los calcetines de móviles y un juego de Tic-Tac-Toe. También nos gustaría agradecer a aquellos que han cogido tarjetas de visita.]

During the Farmer's Market, there was some drizzle here and there during the day, but there were a lot of customers stopping at our table.

Also, while we were at the market, there were some new Vendors.

This is my Kindle Sock that I knitted a few days ago. When I took this picture, the Kindle was in the sock. The sock comes in many different styles and colors. The sock is knitted by using either solid and/or variegated cotton yarn. We plan to start selling the Kindle Sock at the upcoming May 14th Farmer's Market. Please come and see what other colors we have for sale!

Last Indoor Flea Market for 2011 Season.... (Último mercado Flea interior de la temporada 2011)

Well, today was the last Indoor Flea Market for the 2011 season. There was a lot of rain and wind for most of the day while we were at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Due to the bad weather conditions, not too many customers wanted to come out and see what all the Vendors had for sale. For those who did come today, we would like to thank you for taking the time to see what items we had on the table. We also would like to thank those who had bought Tissue Carriers.

[Bien, hoy fue el último mercado Flea interior para la temporada 2011. Había muchísima lluvia y viento durante la mayor parte del día mientras estábamos en el recinto ferial del condado de Montgomery.

A causa de las condiciones de mal tiempo, no demasiados clientes querían venir y ver lo que los vendedores teníamos a la venta. Para aquellos que sí vinieron hoy, me gustaría agradecerles for tomar su tiempo para ver qué artículos teníamos sobre la mesa. Speaking of markets, the Tailgate Farmer's Market for the new season is starting next month. We will be there starting on May 14th. The market is from 10 am-2 pm at the Main Street Pavilion in the Kentlands area in Gaithersburg ( 301 Main Street, Gaithersburg, MD.). We hope to see you all there!
