The Markets & Upcoming Projects

Good afternoon everyone.  I hope you're having a wonderful start to the weekend.

At the Farmer's Markets, the weather was perfect!  It was a little windy, but not too bad for both days.

On Thursday, at Damascus High School, we sold Dish Cloths and Phone Socks.  The Phone Socks that were sold had been knitted by using yarn in the colors of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF).  We would like to thank those who are purchasing the orange and maroon colored Phone Socks to help with donations to the NKF.

While we were at the high school, there was a Back-To-School event for the parents.  Some of the parents stopped at our table and took business cards.

As for today's market in Kentlands, we sold Kindle/Nook Covers and more Dish Cloths.  We also got an order for a baby hat to be knitted.  The hat is going to be green and blue colored.  It's also going to be knitted using cotton yarn.

Well, this is all for now.  More knitting news to come soon.
